“We don’t need no skate park for this.” -Slinky

This morning I woke up and decided to swallow the sun with Slinky Poo and Roger (the little skateboard). We did skateboarding and sent shockwaves that destroyed a few things in the neighborhood needlessly, like flower pots, garbage bins and other people’s property. XD

Oh for the love of dogs!

These are my dachshunds: Lily Lilo (cover photo, above), Maximus, and Slinky. These babies have been very supportive all these years and I love them to death. I always make it a point to spend time with them because it gets pretty boring at home and they don’t always get the chance to go out of the house, and play and communicate with other dogs.

Lilo is pretty much my very first pet. She was given as a present for my birthday. The night she was brought home, my siblings and I were watching the Disney film, “Lilo and Stitch”. I almost called her Stitch even though she was a girl. But it only lasted a few hours until the movie stopped and the cartoon hype sublimed, and so I named her “Lilo”. Because I thought it was a really cute name for girl puppy.

Maximus is my very courageous, very “matipuno” dachshund. He likes to run around inside and outside the house. He loves chasing after the female dogs in the neighborhood. He’s such a handful.

and Lastly, Slinky aka “Slinky Poo”/ “Slinky Pinky” is the latest addition to our family. She was born in July of the previous year, just a week after my birthday. She’s the most “malikot” (translated means, “restless” or fidgety”) among all of them. She’s my favorite.

Also, I used to own a dalmatian named, “Percival” but he died a few years back. God I miss him, we’ve had a lot of fun memories together. But I’m really happy for him ‘cause he must like the view from up there (where all the other puppies go after they pass). I miss you, Percy. I’ll never forget you.
